Since last night .. UGGHHHH!!!
I ended up having 26points .., which is ok, I had some saved, but still, I could've happily kept eating. I ended up adding a crumpet with vegemite, WW biscuits .. and my tracker is so muddled up I can't even see what else I added on, in between the crossing things out and writing new things in .. anyway .. new day today, although still all I want to do is eat and eat.
Here's todays plan:
Breakfast - 3 1/2 points
1 poached egg (2)
1 slice Helgas Multigrain (1 1/2)
Water (0)
Morning Tea - 1 Point
Banana (1)
Lunch - 8 points (I was at a friends .. eek!)
BBQ Chicken (3) i'm guessing, as I think I had between 70-100g at most
Couscous (3)
about 20-40g hot chips (2)
Salad (0)
Afternoon snack - 1 point
2 WW Triple Choc Biscuits
Dinner - 4 points
Mexican Beef, from the WW Website (4)
Salad (0)
Dessert/Evening Snack
Strawberry Fromage Frais (1 1/2)
WW Mint Icecream (2)
Mango207g (1 1/2)
Total = 22 1/2
So i've got some points left if I HAVE to eat all evening .. although i'm having a go at this willpower thing .. how well it's working we're yet to see.
Off to do some groceries now .. I will report back later with my success!
