Just a quick post for now ... i've not been able to get on here to post up my daily tracking yesterday, or today until now . . . but I will have to come back later for that.
I had my weigh in this morning and I lost .... 2.1kgs!!! So for week 4 that brings my total to 6kgs!! I'm only 0.5kgs away from my first goal of 5% .. so excited.
I'm sure the difference has been drinking my water which I made a huge effort to do last week. 2bottles daily I managed on every day apart from i think one. This weeks goal is to up that to 2-3 per day and to GET MOVING .. I MUST start exercising.
This weeks loss has definitely boosted the motivation and confidence.
