Well i'm trying a recipe from the WW cook easy cookbook tonight. The creamy chicken and bacon fettuccine. I'm leaving out the wine though, and I couldn't find the skim in evaporate milk (only sweetened skim was available) so I'm about to work out how it will adjust points if I use either carnation light and creamy, OR nestle reduced fat cream.
If it's a winner I will post up the recipe tomorrow.
That reminds me, I MUST finish the links at the top of my blog soon!
Editing to add: Just worked out points, well I WON'T be going with the reduced fat cream, 17points for 250ml(although i'd probably need less than that) as opposed to 4points for 250ml of the carnation light and creamy .. WHOA, glad I picked up both tins instead of just the reduced fat cream which I was initially going with!!

I was under the impression that carnation light and creamy was skim evaporated milk....was I wrong? (Cause I'm going to have adjust the points in my recipes if I am...eeep!) How did it go? Was the recipe nice?
I'm not sure. There are tins that say skim, but they were all the sweetened variety, and the light and creamy did seem to put the points up, but I'll need to double check.
The recipe was good, I forgot to post it (as I always do lol) I will post it up tomorrow :)
